Thomas Atkins
President & CEO and Director
Mr. Atkins is an accomplished mining executive who, over the past 38 years, has successfully led and financed exploration, development, and production companies and projects throughout the Americas. He holds a degree in geology from McMaster University and an MBA from Ivey Business School. Mr. Atkins has experience leading grassroots exploration through feasibility studies, development to production, underground and open-pit projects, corporate and investment banking, investor relations, corporate development, corporate governance, and for the past 20 years has served as the CEO of four publicly listed companies. As a Director of Investment Banking for CIBC World Markets, Mr. Atkins participated in raising over $1.7 billion in equity and debt for numerous small to large capitalization companies and advised on various M&A mandates. As a senior executive of small to large capitalization international mining companies, he has been responsible for planning, executing, and communicating both short and long-term corporate objectives and raising capital for such initiatives. Before his appointment as CEO of Mammoth Resources in 2013, Mr. Atkins held the position of CEO at War Eagle Mining (now Kirkland Lake Discoveries), Rockex Ltd. (now Rockex Mining, CSE-listed iron ore company), Castle Gold Corp. (TSX-listed gold producer, acquired in 2010 by Argonaut Gold), and Crowflight Minerals Inc. (TSX-listed nickel exploration and development company).
Richard Simpson P.Geo
V.P. Exploration and Director
Mr. Simpson is a Professional Geologist with more than 25 years of exploration experience throughout Latin America. He is a graduate from the Universite de Montreal with a B.Sc. in geology and has a strong background in grassroots, advanced project, and mine site exploration. Mr. Simpson has worked for several companies, both majors, such as Iamgold and Cambior, and juniors including Normabec, as an exploration geologist throughout South America and Mexico. This international experience has provided him with good exposure to many geological settings and mineralization processes (lateritic profiles, gold/copper porphyries, epithermal systems and skarns). Early in his career, he has also worked in Northern Quebec (Abitibi), Manitoba and Nunavut on numerous VMS and precious metal projects for Noranda and Aur Resources.
Paul O'Brien
Director
Mr. O'Brien has a total of 23 years experience in the mining business, including more than seven years in gold equity research covering developing companies to senior producers as well as precious metals forecasting, during which time he was ranked in the top five of Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" analyst survey for North American mining analysts two years in a row. In addition Mr. O'Brien has 12 years experience in corporate advisory and investment banking primarily focused on the mining industry where he gained global mining capital markets experience in Canada and Australia as a member of bank-owned capital markets groups. Mr. O'Brien received his B. Com from McMaster University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jose Antonio Berlanga Balderas

Mr. Jose Antonio Berlanga Balderas is CEO of RM Mineria S de RL de CV, a private Méxican company formed by a group of mining and metallurgical engineering and project development specialists. Mr. Berlanga Balderas is a professional Mining and Metallurgical Engineer with over 45 years experience identifying, developing, operating and optimizing mineral extraction opportunities in the Méxican mining sector, including; providing technical services to Minera Autlan, Servicios Industriales Peñoles, Minas Nuevas and was founder of Minera México Michoacán, Technical Deputy Director of the Mining Development Trust (a Méxican state-owned company that offers financing and technical assistance to mining companies), and Development Manager, Internacional de Metales Precios (one of the main gold and silver trading companies in México). Mr. Berlanga Balderas has an equally strong record in the Canadian junior mining industry, bringing significant experience to companies in which he has participated, including: Aurcana Corp., Cayden Resources, Skeena Resources, Cortez Goldcorp and Telson Mining (now Luca Mining). Mr. Berlanga Balderas has been President of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Minas y Metalurgistas y Geologos de México (CIMMGM), has been District President and member of the National Board of Directors in the Asociación de Ingenieros de Minas, Metalurgistas y Geólogos de México (AIMMGM) and is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and the American Institute of Mining Engineers (AIME).

Mr. José Antonio Berlanga Lopez, President of RM Mineria S de RL de CV. Mr. Berlanga Lopez is a Professional Mining and Metallurgical Engineer, with over 20 years experience in México. He is a graduate from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM) and has a strong background investigating mining opportunities, start-up companies, business strategy and mineral concentrate trading in México and has worked for several companies, such as Minera La Negra, Altiplano Gold Silver, Mercuria, Azure Minerals and Reyna Mining Engineering. Mr. Berlanga Lopez is a member of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Minas y Metalurgistas y Geologos de México (CIMMGM), the Asociación de Ingenieros de Minas, Metalurgistas y Geólogos de México (AIMMGM), and of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
Edgardo Espinosa Velasco

Edgardo Espinosa Velasco is an experienced geologist with 30 years experience in the Méxican mining industry both as a professional geologist and a mining and civil engineering services owner-manager. Mr. Velasco graduated in 1995 from the engineering faculty of the Universidad del Estado de San Luis Potosi, México. Since graduating, Mr. Valesco has worked as a professional geologist for national and foreign exploration and mining companies in México. Since 2004, he has been an active member of the Asociación de Ingerieros de Minas Metalurgistas y Geologos de México and has held numerous director positions at the San Luis Potosí branch of the Asociación. In 2012 Mr. Valesco founded Caldera Drilling SA de CV, a Méxican drill contracting company that provides diamond drilling services for the civil engineering and mineral exploration industries in México.
